I read with interest the letter by Malcolm Stonehouse on the bridgework involving Barratt Bros, but my late husband's name was wrong (Ted Smith) not Jed.
I have photos of him and the late Ron Usher and Arthur Barratt and some of the bridge crew taken during his work which I may submit nearer the date.
