THREE fire crews tackled a blaze at a farm building in Sneaton on Sunday which was being used to store hay.
The blaze broke out at the farm just after 10pm and crews from Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Lythe were all sent to the scene.

The blaze destroyed the outbuilding and the crew returned to base just after 1am but Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay were called out again yesterday at 9am as it was reported the hay had begun smouldering.
