Clean sweep for bowlers

CASTLETON, Danby and District Bowling Club had a clean sweep this week.
The club won all its Cleveland league matches by beating Marske 77-68 (8 points to 2), Carlin How 103-55 (10-0) and Brotton 87-53 (8-2).
Today (Fri) it plays at home against Locke Park and on Tuesday plays away to Nunthorpe, both 6.30pm starts.
The club won the Langbaurgh Triples League match against Zetland Park 63-46 (7-1).
On Wednesday the club has a match at Borough Park at 6.30pm. Castleton, Danby and District also won a friendly on Saturday against Guisborough King George V 113-67.
Tomorrow (Sat) the club is away to Guisborough Priory and on Sunday is away to Stokesley.
