STAITHES Cricket Club's senior players are to be presented with their end-of-season awards at a forthcoming presentation evening in the village.
The honours will be handed out to members of the Beckett League and Cleveland League sides in the event to be held at Staithes Athletics Club on Saturday 18 October at 6.30pm.
Entertainment on the night will be provided by the group Icon and comedian Mike Cash. There will also be a free buffet and a draw for £700.
Doors open at 6pm but it is stressed the event is open only to members of the 200 Club – if you are not a member of the club, you will not be allowed to attend.
